LOVEiS ENTERTAINMENT is a music label production company dedicated to spreading happiness and positivity through the power of music. Our diverse portfolio of musical creations aims to bring joy and smiles to our audience. The website www.loveisentertainment.com serves as a comprehensive platform providing various information and offering official merchandise from artists under LOVEiS Entertainment. We strive to deliver high-quality products that cater to the needs and preferences of all our fans.
Terms and Conditions for Product Purchases
If you wish to purchase any products or services offered on this website, you may be required to provide certain information, including credit card or other payment details. By initiating a transaction, you represent and warrant that: (1) You are at least 18 years of age, and
(2) You are legally authorized to use the selected payment method.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
You also agree to pay all charges incurred, including shipping and handling fees, at the prices in effect at the time of the transaction.
How to Place an Order
1. Register for an account and log in to make a purchase.
2. Select the desired product, size, and quantity, then click "Add to Cart". You may choose to "Checkout" immediately or "View Cart" to continue shopping. Once your selection is complete, proceed to checkout.
3. The system will display a summary of your order, including shipping fees (based on the weight and type of product).
4. If you are not logged in, the system will prompt you to register or sign in before proceeding. You must provide all necessary information, such as your name and shipping address.
5. You may choose the preferred delivery method (if multiple options are available), then click "Place Order and Make Payment".
6. You will be redirected to the payment page, where you can choose to pay via credit card or PromptPay by scanning the QR code and completing the transaction through your banking app.
Shipping Policy
Products will be shipped via Flash Express, EMS (Express Mail Service), or other private couriers, depending on the item type.
1. Items will be packed in boxes and/or protective envelopes.
2. Nationwide shipping fees range from 50–100 THB depending on weight and product type.
3. Orders close every Friday at 6:00 PM and are dispatched on Tuesday of the following week.
4. Delivery takes approximately 1–3 days after shipment, depending on the distance and destination.
5. No shipping fees will be charged for in-person pickups at designated events (e.g., concerts), subject to specific event details.
6. The above shipping rates apply only within Thailand.
For International Shipping:

Return and Exchange Policy
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
- Products must be in 100% original condition, unused, unopened, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Customers must contact us within 3 days and return the item within 7 business days from the date of receipt. A valid order confirmation or receipt must be provided.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged product, wrong item sent). In such cases, customers must provide an unboxing video before opening the package as proof. We will replace the item at no cost.
- Refunds will only be issued if the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced with another product.
- To request a return or exchange, please contact us via Line: @loveisshop or email loveis777@loveisentertainment.com, including the subject line "Return/Exchange Request", along with your order number, name, email, phone number, and the unboxing video. We will respond via Line, phone, or email to proceed.
- For refund requests, customers must provide transaction proof. Refunds will be processed to the customer’s account within approximately 30 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for purchases made outside of www.loveisentertainment.com or without an unboxing video.
- Please ensure proper packaging of returned items to maintain product integrity during return shipping.
- If a customer deliberately attempts to exceed purchase limits, the company reserves the right to accept a return and exchange it for a different item (with prior notice), but no refund will be issued.
- Sale items, promotional products, giveaways, or products under special campaign conditions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
